This engine is not to be accessioned (Scott, too new). The Donar stated that this engine was manufactured in the Mid 1960's, and was a 2.5 HP long shaft model. Evinrude did not make a 2.5 HP model in the Mid 1960's, but did make a 3.0 HP model, which this engine likely is. A long shaft (5" longer) on a 3.0 HP outboard was available during the Mid 1960's in both Lightwin and Yachtwin models.
