I could not find specific reference in Peter Hunn's "The Old Outboard Book" to a "Suitcase Outboard" model, but Evinrude did make folding models of their 3 HP Lightwin and Ducktwin models between 1965 and 1969, so one of these is likely what Mr. Fitzpatrick is refering to.
