Remarks: Donor states "Good cosmetics, newish decal." Handle repaired. RED TAG, not to be accessioned. This engine was sold on August 17, 2008 at the Antique Marine Engine Exposition. Also sold at the same time was a Johnson Sea Horse using a remote fuel tank and listed as 6 hp (perhaps 5.5 hp actual rating), donor unknown, a box of parts from a Volvo Penta, painted red, also donor unknown and an 1942, 2 hp Evinrude Sportsman, model 4366 - 01395. Also sold was an Evinrude, model and donor unknown, equiped with a Fisherman/Weedless lower unit. Several Evinrude Zephyrs from the Cheney Collection had no buyers.
