Anti freeze added to cooling system.
Inspection on 03/05/04 indicated that the cylinder was frozen. Also noted water jacket appears to have been repaired with a J.B.(epoxy) weld. This engine is considered to be a good candidate for restoration.
Required Maintenance: Maintain anti-freeze in cooling water passages and lubricate moving parts.
