This collection consists of volumes of diaries kept by Gerald W. Medderd before and during an around-the-world cruise with Ray Kauffman, a long time friend and owner of the ketch HURRICANE. It also contains photocopies of letters written to the family before and during the voyage, customs and consular documents, and a biographical sketch of Ray Kauffman. |
