Mears (1829-1899); small, round bronze pin from the ROchester Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute (currently known as Rochester Institue of Technology); front has a blue enamel border, with an image of the school's seal in the center (carved out of the bronze); printed around the edge of the front "ROCHESTER ATHENAEUM AND MECHANICS INSTITUTE / FOUNDED 1885"; back has a hinged back; printed at bottom of back "BRONZE".
