Kolasa, after 1964; two buttons on back with pins for attaching, front black with "EN1 KOLASA/ COURIER EN INSTRUCTOR" in white, Kolasa was a first class engineman on the USCGC COURIER (made as COASTAL MESSENGER, 1945). Note from donor notes he trained reserves in small boat handling. Similar to 2005.19.91, 2005.19.92, 2005.19.93, 2005.19.95.
