Has a fixed white oil light./ Height at low mean high water 38/ feet. Visible 12-1/2 miles. Established/ 1833 and rebuilt 1859. Handbell rung/ in answer to signals. "This series contains attractive drawings of 48 lighthouses in coastal locations around the country, plus the Statue of Liberty and a card depicting early coastal signaling methods. The lighthouses are mostly in the East, but there are a few (such as Tillamook Light) from the West Coast. The backs contain information abou the lighthouse, the sound of its signal and the year it was established.
