Description: Broadside of New Haven and Northampton Daily Canal Boat Line and Steamboat to Cheapside; April 1, 1845; poster advertising the New Haven and Northampton Canal Transportation Line for daily canal boat line and steamboat to Cheapside and various locations, vignette on top with passengers sitting on cabin top of canal boat being pulled by a team of three horses with a rider on third horse, illustration in center of early rail engine, vignette on bottom of steamship underway with the decks lined with passengers; printed on top "NEW HAVEN AND NORTHAMPTON/ DAILY/ CANAL BOAT LINE,/ AND/ STEAMBOAT TO CHEAPSIDE." followed by information about the canal boats and steamboat, as well as information about shipping freight via railroad and canal boats; printed at bottom "For further particulars inquire at the store house west side of the/ Deerfield Bridge, at Cheapside, of JOHN R.
