Charles A. Baldwin; bicorne cocked hat, black beaver with black lace trim, gold braid on both ends and one side, which also has one gold-looped tassle with gold and blue weaving on top. Leather sweatband trimmed with purple silk. Red silk quilted lining printed in gold with hallmark of shield and 2 lions "SMALL PAGE 7 SON/ MILITARY OUTFITTERS/ 43, MADDOX ST./ NEW BOND ST. W."
