The photographer caught the PROMISED LAND, a Menhaden Purse Seiner, out with its crew and two purse boats working as a net full of fish is being hauled on board amidships. These commercial seiners had two purse boats with crew for using a purse seine net to circle the fish and gather them to load aboard the larger fisherman.
